They don’t respond to your message about a defect issue of one of their sandals. I can see they read my message but no response. I sent the message on May 23, 25. I ended up with 2 pair of sandals where the soles cracked on both pair. One lady had hers less than a week. Very disappointed with lack of customer service.

I ordered a couple of dozen sandals and they have sold really well. I'm getting another order ready as I type this. My only complaint is that my hands were dyed blue by the boxes they came in. I had to trash all the boxes and hang the sandals with the supplied hangars.

First time ordering from this brand, and I certainly was not disappointed when I got the first of my sandal collection in. These sandals are adorable. They are Madewell, and I am tempted to keep a pair for myself. Thank you. Looking forward to a second order.
