However, we would also like to be transparent: this product has already been sold several thousand times and is very popular. We are not aware of any comparable complaint to date, which is why we would like to understand the case you described in detail. Since you informed us that several items were affected, we asked you to send us photos of the defective items – so far we have only received them incompletely. Nevertheless, we have already proactively offered you two concrete solutions: a refund for the demonstrably affected items or the complete return of the remaining goods with a corresponding credit.
