Out of the desire for a quick alternative, I, N'deye Fall-Küte, founded NDEYEFOODS. NDEYEFOODS are cooking sauces with a West African twist. Each sauce is inspired by well-known dishes from West Africa, my homeland. With my handmade sauces, I brought a piece of my homeland to Germany as an enrichment to Western European cuisine. Cooking also means trying something new. Anyone who has the courage to incorporate traditional West African preparation techniques, African spices and healing herbs into their own kitchen will have the opportunity to recompose well-known dishes and break new culinary paths.
