Created in 1976 by a couple of beekeepers from Avignon, the Mellidor company, located in the heart of Provence, is a small local and family structure in Avignon, specializing in beehive products from Organic Agriculture. For almost 50 years, we have been working directly with beekeepers in the region to offer our customers a range that is as complete as it is varied. Our business is 100% artisanal. Everything is done manually, without a packaging chain. The company's 3 employees are versatile and pay particular attention to honeys during packaging. As the non-availability of certain varieties in France and the consumption of honey in France is twice as high as what our bees produce, we allow you to discover exceptional varieties (citrus honeys, tropical honey) and others that are more traditional with the same qualitative requirements as for our French honeys (systematic analysis by an independent laboratory). 90% of Mellidor are local and regional partners. As a player in the organic sector for more than 20 years, we have developed with a view to respecting nature and the environment. As a responsible company, we give priority to local partners and we act every day to reduce our impact on the environment.
