We supported Nanu for nearly five years, dating back to their first Kickstarter, and promoted the brand through our customer and follower network. Over time, though, the day-to-day wholesale experience became too inconsistent to continue. On multiple occasions, items were presented as available with short estimated ship times, but orders in our case shipped weeks later than expected and at least once shipped from a different origin than indicated. We recently ended the relationship following a violation of our Minimum Advertised Price policy, which we apply consistently across all accounts.
