We carried this product for several years. While the design photographs well, our experience did not match the positioning or implied quality. The brand presents the product as βMade in the USA,β but in practice it appears to be assembled domestically from imported components. Based on the materials and construction, the component quality did not align with the premium price point. For retailers considering this item: make sure you clearly understand the sourcing, assembly, and price structure

We worked with Gessato for several years and fulfilled many reorders during that time. We recently ended the relationship following a violation of our Minimum Advertised Price policy, which we apply consistently across all accounts. The review above was posted shortly after we communicated that decision. Quality is central to our brand. During our partnership, Gessato repeatedly reordered Arc, and it was a best seller on their website. At no point did they raise concerns about product quality with us, and they frequently requested additional inventory to meet demand.
