Arrived with loose tea spilled inside the shipping carton, which made me realize that none of the containers are properly sealed or tamper proof. Packaged tea MUST be in tamper-proof containers for customer safety. I'm so disappointed because our customers were very excited about this line, the packaging is so cute and clever especially for a bookstore, and I love supporting California companies. But as is, these pouches and tins are unsellable.
