The products are great, but fulfillment has been frustrating. Our April 29 order, estimated for May 4–7, hadn’t shipped over a week later. Upon inquiry, I learned part was unfinished. The shipment arrived with missing items. I was later informed—only after reaching out—that some were forgotten or sold out. Over a month since ordering, the shipment remains incomplete. Despite the quality, delays and poor communication have made inventory planning difficult for our retail business.
