About Choomi Naturals

We're a small company run by two bakers, Pete and Olan. Since his early twenties, Pete worked in restaurants from Northern Italy to lower Manhattan, including a stint as a cook at the renowned Restaurant Alain Ducasse. A born and bred Mainer, Olan learned baking at an early age before going to work at Portland's famed Standard Baking Company. The original Choomi Cookie—our soft and chewy Classic Coconut Macaroon—is based on recipes learned in fine dining kitchens. Toasty on the outside, soft in the middle, and incredibly rich but not too sweet, the cookie is the result of a culmination of techniques gathered through years of experience. A well established and growing brand, Choomi Naturals is making its way onto store shelves and into the hearts (and mouths) of a wider audience. New for 2023 we've created our first Crunchy Cookies - Chocolate Chip and Double Dark Chocolate. An instant favorite, these cookies have introduced more customers to our brand with familiar flavors in an all natural product.
