Love this product line and normally everything arrives perfect condition. This last shipment was left outside in the rain, overnight, and two of the items were damaged from moisture. Not the company's fault, not mine either but the returns/damaged section asks for a photo. How do you photograph a port that wont hold a charge? Maybe a more streamlined communication and/or return process or checking in with shipping company about using plastic wraps in inclement weather.
