Jerky that eats like a chip! Started out of an apartment six years ago, Hawaii Jerky Shop aims to bring quality flavors in the easiest way to eat protein, as a chip. What started as three friends experimenting with a popular way to make jerky in the islands, has now blossomed to a USDA inspected facility in Phoenix while maintaining our original factory location in Honolulu. Whether you're an avid hiker, bodybuilder, or just want something to go with your beer, our lightweight protein packed jerky is sure to do the trick. We offer four beef flavors: Chiyaki (teriyaki with a hint of chipotle), Garlic, Pepper, and Spicy. As well as two pork flavors: Kalua Pig (using the flavor of the traditional Hawaiian dish) and Korean BBQ.
