This order took a while to be shipped out. Once arrived, one of my products only received 5 instead of 12 I ordered. The 2nd product I ordered 12 and received 19. I wish the brand would've been up front and told me they didn't have the product instead of giving me something I don't need. I reached out with my issue and got no respond.
