We don't mass produce or buy in bulk from China; each product is produced to order, ensuring a high quality finish. Our concept is simple: we start with the fabric and then produce a lifestyle look for you. Our motto of 'Bespoke Home Furnishings Created For You' is exactly that - from the fabric or the product you choose, we can make whatever you desire including curtains, blinds, cushions (to any size), throws, doorstops, draught excluders and much more. Purchased products:
Ordered some cushions and waited weeks for them to be shipped - they created a shipping label but never actually shipped the goods. I spoke to Faire and the order was cancelled. Since, they have messaged so many times and called 15 times!! at 7.45am in the morning. The text that we received was disgusting - so rude and unprofessional. AVOID! We have to date delivered 150 orders successfully to date. This is the only bad review we have had . They canceled the order while in transit we asked our couriers to intercept and not deliver the order which they did. They kept writing to us for a refund despite asking them to contact Faire. We phoned to explain this. Perhaps they are not experienced in buying from marketplace. The only things missing: 1) no product id's in packaging nor in products which causes a lot of work in my end & 2) product descriptions are not very good and products in Faire are not created consistently which again means a lot of work in my end.. But will order again:)
