OUR FOUNDER Marlene Weber’s passion for skin care solutions originated during her early twenties when she found herself struggling with debilitating acne. Unable to find products that addressed the root cause of these problems, She found Dr. James Fulton who was the co-inventor of Retin A, with his knowledge of science and how the body worked helped clear her skin. She was very fascinated with it and without knowing at the time it would change her life again. Armed with new knowledge about how to heal her own skin and a deep desire to help others do the same, Marlene quite her corporate job and became an esthetician. After furthering her experience and expanding her knowledge base as an integral member of Burke Williams Spa’s Product Development Team, Marlene struck out on her own.
