There's not enough space here to explain my disappointing experience with is company. Listings said chains were included, but after ordering I was told they were out of stock and it was a “promo,” which was misleading. Overall, the experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Even if my customers end up liking the necklaces, the ordering process and customer service were disappointing enough that I will not be ordering again. I would not recommend this supplier.

Alright atleast try to honest if you are going to leave me a review. Here are the facts, you went back and forth for days trying to order 5 pendants (at the lowest price) I answered each and every of your messages promptly. I included “FREE” item to offset the price of the chains which was never an issue. I also waived your extra import fees to Canada and express shipped you the items, which came from my pocket from Vancouver to Toronto that saved you money on top. I followed up with every of your concerns and sent you images to double confirm everything. If any stress was caused, it was caused by you upon yourself. You are way overly demanding and if you find this level of customer service still not upto par, good luck finding such quality product for such a low price.
