When I was unable to secure the amount a journals I needed, I contacted customer service. They were able to direct me to another site where I was able to purchase the journals with ease. It took less than a week for the journals to arrive. Communication was great! Every question I had customer service responded in a timely manner. The journals were perfect for the event. I really liked them and so did everyone who received the journal.
