These products are beautiful however the shipping time frame is entirely to long for a retail location to keep products in stocks.

So sorry to hear there was a delay in receiving your order. I've just checked with UPS, and it turns out that your order was delivered Sept 27th but "customer was not in" so they held it at their UPS Access site until finally delivering to you. I don't understand why neither of us was notified, and apologize sincerely that you've been inconvenienced.
