Thank you for your review. I am not sure how we can resolve this, if you have any ideas, please tell us. All of our products are made from bronze or brass and we offer a lifetime warranty. We do not sell anything that isn't bronze or brass, and bronze and brass contain expensive metals and molten metal isn't cheap to manufacture.
