ABOUT US Like all Italian families in our house there was the habit of eating fresh homemade pasta. I remember well when on Sundays we used to go to our grandmother's house for lunch with the whole family: tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle was always a feast for us children, teenagers and adults. Helping grandma in the preparation of fresh pasta was really a beautiful game! Sitting around a table with relatives and friends is an unforgettable experience for every Italian: an experience that we almost take for granted. With the passing of time in our family this habit of fresh pasta was lost a little until my daughter, when she was very young, showed an unstoppable passion for pasta making, an uncontrollable passion for cooking.
