Using our wild fermentation process, the cheese has healthy bacteria for your gut, while lending a delicious sharp and tangy flavor. We use whole cashews as the primary ingredient, so the cheese is full bodied and creamy. Our cheese has been crafted to be used in your kitchen like traditional dairy cheese. You can use seasons cheese on your favorite dishes like pizza, lasagna, grilled cheese, quesadilla, nachos tamales and so much more!

Great tasting product. Sadly it molded on the shelf before brand stated. Brand does not date product or provide any information on slack out. When i reached them and shared pictures they offered no resolve and stated the info is on their Faire site. Ive been in the CPG business all my life. All products should be dated. Brand ghosted me when I asked for a credit.
