Conservas Artesanas Rosara is in the heart of Ribera Navarra, in northern Spain. There, on the banks of the river Ebro, the best fruits of the garden grow thanks to the favorable climate, the fertile land and the good work of its people. Since its founding back in 1986, Rosara has had as its primary objective to offer quality. Therefore, we select those fruits of recognized prestige and with designation of origin, such as asparagus from Navarre or piquillo peppers from Lodosa. And, of course, we are committed to careful craftsmanship, with everything that implies: hand-peeled, packaged without preservatives or dyes, roasted with wood... Good taste and love for gastronomy is an important factor in Rosara. Our kitchen offers multiple delicious dishes such as piquillo peppers stuffed with ribeye and foie in grape sauce or seafood cream, which are part of our extensive menu. Some of Rosara's dishes are made following the traditional recipes of our ancestors and others are born among the kitchen, the result of our innovation processes. Of course, our dishes, sauces, creams, mousses, etc. do not have any additives that detract from the good taste of our spectacular raw materials.
