About Living Water Organics
Living Water Organics began from a desire to create nature-fueled products without unnecessary fillers, instead using the beautiful, nutrient-rich ingredients the earth provides to truly nourish hair and skin. Hello! My name is Briana, and I’m the CEO and Founder of this faith-based, eco-conscious brand. I started Living Water Organics in early 2024 as a 25-year-old stay-at-home mom with a desire for simpler, cleaner products. What began as a personal conviction to examine the ingredients in my everyday hair products, and being further inspired by a conversation with a friend, I embarked on this journey of creating gentle, effective care others could trust. What started with hair products has grown into a collection of haircare, skincare, and pet care, all made in small batches with clean, intentional ingredients. Through our giving initiative, Living Water Overflow, a portion of profits supports those in need, while our packaging prioritizes glass, metal, and paper whenever possible. At its core, Living Water Organics exists to create nourishing, purposeful products that care our bodies and our home on this Earth while honoring God in every step of the way.

Very disappointed. The packaging was terrible!! Everything was loosely wrapped in brown paper and tossed into the box. The lip balm tube is poorly designed; once you push it up too far, it won’t go back down. The lavender whipped tallow doesn’t smell like lavender, and the packaging wasn’t heat-resistant, so it leaked everywhere. To make matters worse, the company refused to issue a refund. They just wanted to blame the delivery entity.

We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding this order. This was a private-label order, which is generally not eligible for return or refund due to its custom nature. However, some products were affected during transit amid unusually high summer temperatures, so we offered to replace the affected products at no cost and provided a prepaid return label. This option was declined. We also explained that we do not have the ability to directly process refunds through Faire. Our eco-friendly packaging, including our paperboard push-up lip balm tubes, is disclosed in our product descriptions and photos. This style of tube is commonly used by eco-friendly brands and may function differently from conventional plastic packaging. We encourage customers to review descriptions and photos before purchasing to avoid confusion. Faire estimated delivery at around three weeks, but it ended up taking nearly three months to arrive. I completely understand that delays happen and that life can get in the way. My biggest frustration was the lack of communication. We never received any updates or notice that our order would be delayed. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way.

Love it so far. Whipped is better than expected. It’s not whipped like body butters it more like a smooth salve. It’s amazing my clients are going to love it . I will sample it out to see what the feedback is before I buy to much. Also say in the sun about 98’ I was out of town and it held up no melting. Love love love
