Après Ski Jewelry designs and manufactures jewelry and accessories made from skis. We strategically cut the skis to create one-of-a-kind, very colorful designs for jewelry and accessories, including coasters and custom furniture. We offer wholesale, consignment and online sales throughout the United States and world, especially in Colorado ski towns. Après Ski Jewelry was started by a curious artist-builder-skier named Heather Mullins. A Colorado native, and graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program at Montana State University and the Masters of Fine Arts program at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Heather has run her own art, design and furniture businesses for the past 10 years. Making jewelry has always been a part of her business as she would often have small scraps of interesting raw material that turned out to be perfect for earrings and necklaces. These materials included wood, fire hose, bike tubes and of course, her favorite, skis. Skis have now become the forefront of her business. We promote female leadership by doing all parts of business: manufacturing & woodworking, sales and marketing all jewelry products and accessories and managing website and retail accounts. We are a women run business and support the push for gender equality in the realm of business, education and leadership. Read their story
