About Charter Oak Creations
Charter Oak Creations was founded in 2020 by watercolor and acrylic artist Tracy Hoerdemann. Based in Ridgefield, Connecticut, her work captures the essence of nature and everyday life with a unique blend of vibrancy and subtlety. Known for her ability to evoke emotion through color and fluid brushwork, Tracy draws inspiration from the picturesque landscapes and serene surroundings of her local community and from her childhood home in the mountains of Virginia. Her art reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty found in the world around us, often portraying delicate florals, and tranquil scenes. Our eco-friendly seed cards are adorned with original watercolor artwork, reflecting the beauty of nature while encouraging sustainable practices. Each card is designed to be planted, allowing recipients to grow vibrant wildflowers that support local ecosystems. From the seed cards, more product lines have developed. Our microfiber towels are an easy way to bring art into everyday life. They are washable and do not wrinkle or fade. Keychains with original artwork are a practical and fun gift.
