Charter Oak Creations was founded in 2020 by watercolor and acrylic artist Tracy Hoerdemann. Based in Ridgefield, Connecticut, her work captures the essence of nature and everyday life with a unique blend of vibrancy and subtlety. Known for her ability to evoke emotion through color and fluid brushwork, Tracy draws inspiration from the picturesque landscapes and serene surroundings of her local community and from her childhood home in the mountains of Virginia.
