About The Cloud Makers

The Cloud Makers creates artist-designed plant care accessories that combine playful design with real function. Guided by our belief in Whimsy That Works, each piece is thoughtfully designed to help plants thrive while bringing personality and joy to the everyday ritual of watering. Designed by an artist and made locally in Georgia, our products are small-batch, highly giftable, and easy for customers to understand at a glance. They’re conversation-starting designs that earn their place on the shelf—blending charm, utility, and storytelling into one distinctive plant care collection.

I’m struggling to sell these clouds. I also took out a sample to show and had to dig out the holes of the cloud so that it would even rain. They also fall down pretty easily. I would rather have it as one piece than three separate pieces.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to respond to this. I reached out to the vendor personally to try to understand and received no response. I cannot understand what she did to our products, as there should be no reason to have to "dig out" anything. The holes in the cloud are very carefully engineered to slowly drip. I do not know if she expected it to pour out instead of a slow rainshower. But the whole point (as illustrated and described) is to slowly saturate the plant for up to 5 minutes with just enough water, not to flood it. I also cannot explain the fact that she says it falls over except for the fact that she is a pop up vendor without a store front and that maybe her plants get jostled as she is transporting them.
