When I tried messing this vendor they never email me back I left 2 messages and never received a message back. Whom ever made the handbag didn't put hooks in it to put the 2 straps that went with the handbag. I only noticed it when a customer wanted to buy it. Which I let them know and they told Faire they wouldn't accept it back. Before I received my merchandise they didn't have a problem with emailing me regarding my merchandise but when I found one of them being defected no response.
