I received my cups, sold “with lids”… the tops did not fit securely in or on the cups, and were unusable! Very disappointing that a cup sold with a lid doesn’t seal and spills.

The quality of the mug is excellent. The fulfillment of these products is very chaotic. Product comes months after expected delivery and months apart from other items in order. This could be solved with better communication. I even at one point just canceled my order since I had not received them and they still trickled in. I’ve done 2-3 orders and only once did the lids actually come with the order. Seller had to mail them out separately. Overall just very frustrating experience.

I had nothing but problems with this brand. After 4 months.... I received BLACK mugs (I ordered blue) and did not even receive the lids. Not to mention that they look TERRIBLE. There was NO communication and my message requests went unanswered. Please don't wasteyour time with this company.
