The biggest lack of professionalism of a supplier I've encountered in my 10 years in the industry. They take a month and a half to deliver a shipment—unbelievable—and when it arrives they've put glass jars in a box with the only protection being a thin sheet of bubble wrap. Result: almost all broken, the product thrown around the box, but worst of all... what they sent doesn't even match the order placed, there are no chocolate hearts and the labeling is a disgrace—you can't even read the expiration date.

We went through a very difficult period due to the extreme heat, which severely disrupted our delivery times and internal organization. Regarding the damaged products, our shipments are packaged carefully and meticulously, and this type of incident has never occurred before: it is a problem related to transportation that we unfortunately cannot foresee. As for the chocolate products that were replaced without notifying you, I will immediately pass the information on to my logistics team so that this mistake is not repeated. As I was not alerted beforehand, I was unfortunately unable to inform you of this change in advance, and we are sorry. We remain available if needed.
