Hello, Honestly I think you need to review your packaging because wrapping candles with bits of paper in a very small box will inevitably lead to breakage. Also, with this heat, which is not your fault, the candles melted. And if you don’t mark the parcel as fragile, the couriers will return them. For the future, I advise you to improve your shipping conditions a bit. Also, I hope there will be a reduction in shipping costs.
