My name is Vicky and I started Alma in 2016 out of my own necessity. I've always been a very minimalist person, and when it came to finding beauty products, I couldn't find anything simple enough for me. I used essential oils for different things, and one day I decided to make a blend with almond oil for my skin and that's how the Lavender + Camphor Body Oil (the first product) was born. At the same time, entrepreneurship is something I've always been interested in and having my own business has been my goal since an early age, so that was an AHA moment for me and without thinking too much I decided to give Alma a try. The brand was started in 2016, but it wasn't until 2018 that I was able to focus on it 100% and make it my career. Every product is handmade by me using carefully selected ingredients that are simple, natural, and get the job done.
