When we first got our order, you can see the first pictures with the streaky and chip paint that the product was not to the standard of the pictures she provides. We messaged with the vendor to try and return. She offered to fix them and send them back. We did this back in May and received them this week (7/11/2025). They were spray painted, not hand painted with several runs in the paint. The white one isn't even painted. We were also missing 3 items and she refused to refund us for them.

Gracie, as stated in my description each item is hand painted/ spray painted. Also stated when purchased these boxes are not eligible for refunds. Out of the kindness of my heart and business I decided to fix these free of charge, shipping included to return and replace these boxes. Once they get back to you, you are clearly still unhappy and claim I did not send you three boxes. You're saying I refuse to refund you when a refund has never been an option for this product.
