Roots Kitchen & Cannery was founded in 2012 on the belief that good food begins with ethically grown ingredients, low sugar, and minimal processing. Over the years, we’ve grown our collection into a celebration of flavor, community, and craft with the purpose of honoring the harvest and preserving it in its purest, most vibrant form. We leave out the fillers and additives because minimally processed foods make superior products that simply taste better. While most leading preserves are loaded with sugar, we use roughly half the sugar of conventional brands, allowing the natural sweetness of fresh fruit to shine through.
