Our story begins with two sisters and a single vision. Established in 2013 by siblings, best friends and kindreds, Lizzie and Georgie Renkert, We Are Kindred is an Australian womenswear label with heart. Each collection is created with effortless femininity in mind. We believe in easy and versatile dressing-our wardrobes are full of Kindred pieces that can take us from desk to dinner, from the beach to the bar. Kindred's signature floral prints and feminine wearable shapes are a nod to our own upbringing, always surrounded by our mum's beautiful gardens and print-centric interiors. We work predominately with natural, breathable fibres to suit the Australian climate. We also love working with surface text ures such as embroideries, washed linens, silk lurex and lace trims. All our garments are designed in our studio in Alexandria, Sydney and produced in ethically sourced factories around the world. Welcome to our world. We love it and hope you do too. xox
