My great grandmother, Molly Goodman, made legendary corned beef sandwiches for Toronto's garment district workers. I opened my deli in 2008 using many of her recipes. Not sure if Bubby Molly made her own mustard but I do. At first, we made our mustards just for our own sandwiches. People asked to take them home. Today, gourmet stores, butcher shops and fine food stores across North America carry our four flavours: Ballpark, Horseradish, Spicy and Old Fashioned.
