Most know of us as the “Elderberry Women” because of our elderberry line that addresses the root cause(s) to proper immune health. But who are we underneath? We are functional medicine farmers. We combine formal schooling in functional medicine (Chris Kresser's ADAPT), permaculture (Cornell), nutrition therapy (NTA), aromatherapy (School for Aromatic Medicine), and organic chemistry (Naval Academy) with ancestral health principles. We study what our ancestors were doing before diseases of inflammation, and we modernize that solution. We look for simple, traditional approaches grounded in what nature already provides, and then we formulate the products found in our "Farmacy.
