About Curator SF

We founded Curator in 2005, motivated by our mutual love of clothing and working together. Our friendship has always inspired creative collaborations that pushed new ideas and missions forward. We met on a soccer field at 16 years old, where we discovered that we ran at the exact same pace—ahead of the pack. When we ended up picking the same college in San Diego, we grew even closer - living and “getting ready” together for over 10 years. Sharing a love of thrift store shopping and making things from our home - from photoshoots to silkscreening t-shirts - we produced a kindred understanding of clothing, and a love for working together. While we were drawn to a lot of the same clothing, we noticed early on our bodies couldn’t be more different. Because of this, fit is one of our guiding principles behind all of the garments we make. We design our clothes to fit a wide range of bodies and when we make a piece that works on both of us, we know we’ve got something magical. We source hardworking fabrics and choose shapes that flatter. The goal of each Curator piece is to make you feel powerful and uninterrupted in your day. Clothes that are easy to wash, wear, and support all of your pursuits. Clothes that we want in our own closets. We created these pieces for the important days of your life, the ones where you want your best friend standing beside you.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! My clients are still asking if these sweaters are available again yet! lol! CURATOR SF hit the nail on the head with this beauty. So incredibly soft, designed and made with nothing but love and intention, fully sustainably clean knit, an you could feel it the minute you put it on. offered in 2 sizes and a very quick ship! Will for sure be keeping CURATOR in the shop as much as possible!

we wrote to provide feedback and ask to exchange a few sweaters and did not receive a response. We are new to the brand and were hoping to build a partnership with local creators. but without good communication-it does not feel collaborative enough.

Hello! We are a small slow fashion team and can take 48 hours to respond to claims etc. Your message came in late Friday afternoon and I read it but was in the factory working with the team. When i went to investigate your issues on Monday (no flaws, but your complaint was the sweaters were too heavy weight). I discovered this review written on Saturday. We are a fair and respectful company and love working with other small like minded businesses. Everything Curator makes is gorgeous and the quality is impeccable. This brand has a big fan base and my customers can't get enough of it. Some of their sweaters and tops have come home with me and I wear them constantly. Just great in every way!
