Complete lack of communication, regardless of the method attempted, during the last order and previous ones. Eventually had to cancel order when it failed to ship, which is unfortunate because I liked the quality of what we had received before. Orders and messages went unacknowledged.

We really like their products, but there is something going on, they have zero customer service, messages go unread or with no response. Many orders end up getting cancelled by Faire because they don't fulfill timely. I've tried to cancel some orders, and VG will deny the request, only to not fulfill it. Very frustrating.
