Life is stressful, and Martinsville Soapworks is here to help everyone carve out part of their day for some much needed self-care. Our goal is to make sure that your customers realize that even when they only have ten minutes to shower before the toddler/cat/significant other gets through that bathroom door, that's more than enough time to enjoy an amazing, fragrant self-care experience! Like many soapmaker origin stories, owner Heather Kalisiak's journey started in her kitchen, making her first batch of handmade soap in 2002. After 11 years on the craft show circuit, and 10 years on Etsy, she opened her part-storefront, part-laboratory brick and mortar in her home city, first in the historic downtown for 10 years and now in a larger location at the historic Wurlitzer Industrial complex. Now assisted by her amazing crew, she's ready to bring her luxurious soaps, scrubs, and more to a wider audience while still retaining that small batch, handmade charm Martinsville Soapworks has become known for in Western New York. To preserve the integrity of their brand for their wholesale partners, Martinsville Soapworks only allows their products to be sold by independent retailers who have a brick and mortar presence, as well as their own branded websites. No third party websites such as Amazon/eBay/Etsy/etc. are allowed.
