About Family Impact Stories
Family Impact Stories are beautiful, affordable, and ethical accessories to express love to those we care about. Family includes all those people who have been around us for a long time and make our lives sweeter. To cherish them, we have imagined these gifts for the little ones, the grown-ups, moms, cousins, friends, godmothers, colleagues, nannies... And all those we haven't thought of yet. Family Impact Stories is also an ethical production model in line with our social project. Our GOTS organic cotton products are all ethically designed by our partner NGO Swami Sivananda Memorial Institute (SSMI) in New Delhi, which employs women from slums trained for free in sewing and paid three times the average Indian salary. They are the ones who sew all our products. The rest of the range is printed in France by an ESAT in Chambly (95).

Very disappointed with the quality of the embroidery. Black threads stick out from the white embroidery or the embroidery isn't straight at all.... I rejected 2 products, the rest aren't great... I hope I can sell them! The product photos seem to be photo montages? Using the empowerment of Indian women is all well and good but it doesn't justify offering poor quality. First order but also the last! Really a shame...
