Based in Aix-en-Provence, Sarnèio concocts an artisanal range of Provençal spreads for healthy and sunny aperitifs! Mar Sarnèio is one of the Provençal names for the Mediterranean Sea. Literally, the sea is “surrounded”, surrounded by land. Sarnèio strives to create Provençal recipes in the style of Mediterranean cuisine: light, sunny, varied cuisine, with the good taste of extra virgin olive oil... Unique and tasty recipes: Sunny recipes developed in collaboration with the best Provençal artisans. Local raw materials: Our recipes are made from local raw materials and seasons, as close as possible to artisans.
