Not only are the products fantastic, but Shadora is an incredible business owner and communicator. She had updated me on some inventory constraints very quickly, and gave me an accurate ship date for my order. The packaging was secure, and all products arrived in perfect condition. I'm obsessed with the beautiful scents and smells that floated out, upon opening my box!

Our 1st & 2nd orders with this brand were delayed; the owner was very apologetic & I realize we all have hiccups. We placed a 3rd order on 4/30. Despite the Faire status indicating 'Shipped', when we looked at the tracking number, the USPS status said otherwise. We reached out to the vendor on 6/9 and 6/24 requesting a status update, no response. Then, the order was randomly canceled on 6/30 - still NO communication from the Vendor. Once existing stock sells, will not be reordering.
