My mission is to make the chocolate that I prefer to feed to my own children. Most of chocolate that we love are industrial commodity products, with a long list of ingredients to make them. That is not the way it should be. Real chocolate is easy to make, as simple as cocoa and sugar. Knowing where they come from and how they are made is the key to understand and enjoy chocolate at its purest form, the healthy real chocolate.
