As a small business owner myself, unexpectedly receiving a very large order naturally can slow down everything, which as a consumer I understand fully. But between the change in shipping dates several times, not getting my full order due to it being on back order, the slow response of communication and being told that the remainder of my order was being processed and shipped, I would have the tracking number several times without actually getting one or the other leaves a very bad taste.
