About Perniola

In 1963, the dedication and passion of Giuseppe Oliva and Maria Perniola created our first oil mill that produced exclusively extra virgin olive oil using the cold pressing method. Over the years, the family business carried out its project, also involving new protagonists, such as their daughter Patrizia and her husband Biagio. The latter today, together with their three children Nunzio, Giuseppe and Domenico, produce Perniola extra virgin olive oil by extraction and cold and using the latest generation of machinery. The story of an Apulian family that has made their professional project a life project.
