It is a delicate and balanced oil, designed for daily use at the table and that brings together all palates, satisfying different culinary needs. “PURE” MONOVARIETAL LINE Coratina: The Coratina cultivar is one of the oldest and longest-lived varieties cultivated in Puglia. The high content of polyphenols, capable of carrying out an antioxidant action and an antioxidant action, deserves special mention: it counteracts free radicals, prevents aging and reduces the risk of tumors. Peranzana: The Peranzana olive is a variety cultivated in Northern Puglia.
