At Smugglers’ Notch Maple Works™, family and craft go hand in hand. Founded by father-and-son team Ron and Jeremy Elliott, we’ve spent nearly two decades creating award-winning spirits at Smugglers’ Notch Distillery®. Now we bring that same dedication to the sweet side of Vermont tradition. Our maple syrup is single-sourced from one Vermont forest, wood-fired, and carefully hand-bottled. Some batches rest for 6–12 months in freshly emptied bourbon, rye, and rum barrels from our distillery, drawing out rich notes of oak, caramel, spice, and molasses.
