Ordered 25 green handmade charger plates weeks ago for a client’s wedding. Received small colorful baskets instead — totally wrong order. Support barely responded until I reached them on WhatsApp where they admitted my order was shipped to another retailer by mistake. They promised return labels to swap items — that was a week ago, still nothing. Two weeks in, no product, no resolution, minimal communication, and my client’s event is coming up. Very poor customer service. Won’t be ordering again
