Justy Haney's entrepreneurial career got its start when she worked at a restaurant. The establishment featured two delicious jellies, created by the owner and his wife. When the couple closed the restaurant, Justy decided the extraordinary jellies should live on. "I just loved them," says Justy, who bought the rights to the jelly recipes over 25 years ago. The two original recipes -- Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, and Pineapple Roasted Garlic Jelly -- are still available and have been joined by a several new flavors that Justy herself has come up with. Justy is now bottling Oregon honey in her line of foods and working on new products for everyone to enjoy!
