About 3 Farm Daughters

We’re Annie, Mollie, and Grace—the 3 Farm Daughters. Born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota, we grew up in the heart of a strong agricultural community, surrounded by nutrient-rich black soils and long days in the field. Our childhood looked a lot like bringing meals out to tractors, equipment ride-alongs, and learning early what it truly means to be farmers. Our parents immersed us in the everyday realities of farming and entrepreneurship, shaping our respect for the land, hard work, and integrity. As adults, we each pursued higher education beyond our hometown, but the pull of home—and the farm—always brought us back. In 2020, we reunited in Grand Forks and launched 3 Farm Daughters with a simple goal: create clean-label, delicious, and nutritious pasta using thoughtfully grown ingredients. Our pastas are made from specialty non-GMO wheat grown on our family farm and other regional farms, naturally yielding higher resistant starch fiber. The result is pasta that’s high in fiber, higher in protein, and lower on the glycemic index—without sacrificing taste or texture. Made with just two ingredients and bronze-cut for a hearty, nostalgic bite, our pasta cooks consistently and holds up beautifully.
