The Good Spyc Collection was founded by Coffee-Preneur, Dawn Pinaud. Dawn's career began in the '80s with Starbucks Coffee. After 10 years and 4 regions under her belt, she left to launch her own coffee bar, Caffe At Dawn in Malibu. Dawn ready for adventure moved to London with Seattle Coffee Co. Ltd in the late '90s. Now back in the states, Dawn was looking for the next cool idea but it had to have coffee as a base as she can't live without it. The love of spices got her thinking that they are also superfoods. She thought it would be interesting to upgrade her proprietary blend of coffee, Dawn's Blend, by adding spices the brew.
